Attorney Benjamin M. Lupatkin began his career as a staff attorney for the Committee for Public Counsel Services. During that time, Attorney Lupatkin represented clients in countless cases ranging from Clerk Magistrate and restraining order hearings to serious felony criminal charges in both the District and Superior Courts.  

Throughout his career, Attorney Lupatkin has exhibited the ability to remain both calm and professional while engaging in a litigious atmosphere. He believes that legal representation should take a client-centered approach where the client is kept fully informed and participates in all important decision making along the way. 

Although Attorney Lupatkin is a mediator at heart, he possesses the ability to both skillfully and zealously litigate all aspects of the criminal justice system and works hard to ensure the best possible results for all his clients.
